How I Work

I’m a Business Strategist. My role is to help you build a business that people remember, recommend, and return to.

Through both private coaching and small group coaching programs, I help business owners create relationship-driven growth by focusing on the people, systems, and experiences that have the greatest impact on their business.

Together, we identify opportunities that already exist within your network, create practical communication plans, build memorable client experiences, and put simple systems in place so growth becomes more predictable over time.

My Background

I bring more than 20 years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies, with a background in customer satisfaction and customer experience, along with years advising service-based business owners.

I hold an MBA and work at the intersection of customer experience, relationships, and business growth.

This work applies across industries, but I most often work with business owners in real estate, law, lending, financial services, construction, insurance, and other service-based businesses where relationships and reputation drive results.

My approach is direct, thoughtful, and practical.

I coach without criticizing. I ask tough questions, challenge assumptions, and help clients focus on what actually moves their businesses forward.
